Unique market position

Group Jansen’s CEO sees a complementary partner in Vinitex. This specialist in the design, production and installation of laboratory furniture is the ideal complement for Jansen Cleanrooms, a niche company within Group Jansen.

“Vinitex is an established player in the market segment of laboratory equipment in Belgium and the Netherlands as well as Germany. In the past, we’ve worked together constructively on various projects. Through this acquisition we are now further expanding our portfolio of projects and products,” explains Nadia Jansen. Both Jansen Cleanrooms and Vinitex want to strengthen and expand their unique market position with this new cooperation.

Win-win

That Jansen Cleanrooms and Vinitex share more than just their professional expertise only makes the future look even brighter. “We’re both family businesses with similar DNA, the same business model and an absolute belief in the strength and knowledge of our own people. So we’re convinced that the acquisition is a win-win on all levels,” says Nadia Jansen.

Both Mark and Nicole Raaijmakers, the former owners of Vinitex, will remain on board in their roles as Technical and Commercial Directors, respectively. Eric Vanhees, as current COO of Jansen Cleanrooms, will take Vintex’s operations and team under his wing.

I look forward to continuing to build this wonderful company,”Eric Vanhees concludes. “Starting in January, we will bring Vinitex and Jansen Cleanrooms together under the nameJansen Cleanrooms & Labs. Of course, we will not simply abandon the name Vinitex, which is an absolute household name in the laboratory world. Vinitex will continue to exist as a brand name. With Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs, we can offer the end user in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany a turnkey formula as a high-performance total partner. This new cooperation structure is thus a fine example of sustainable growth, which benefits both companies, their employees and their clients.”
