Ardena
On behalf of Kropman, Jansen Lab Solutions (Vinitex) has completed the construction of a new 3.500 m² laboratory for pharmaceutical company Ardena in Oss. Kropman began the project in February 2023, ensuring that the first laboratories could be operational by December—a remarkable achievement! Completing a new pharmaceutical facility in less than a year is no small feat.
Ardena is an international pharmaceutical CDMO, meaning they assist companies in the discovery and development of new medicines. This results in more effective and compliant drugs suitable for clinical trials.
The new facility features:
- A large cleanroom area
- Three floors with multiple laboratories
- More than 50 fume cupboards
Under Kropman’s leadership, Jansen Lab Solutions was responsible for the engineering, construction, and commissioning of all laboratory furniture and fume cupbaords. The entire design and technical setup were developed in Revit, with full coordination via BIM to ensure seamless integration.
