Pivot Park - Curie project
At Pivot Park in Oss, the new Curie building has been completed after two years of construction. This nine-story facility, named after Nobel Prize winner Marie Curie, offers space for offices, laboratories, and shared amenities.
Around 350 bright minds will work in Curie across 11.000 m². Its flexible design allows for easy modifications, essential for fast-growing life sciences startups. At the same time, larger, well-established pharmaceutical companies also require adaptable spaces. This flexibility ensures that the building can evolve with the changing needs of its users.
Jansen Lab Solutions (Vinitex) was responsible for designing all laboratories in close collaboration with the tenants. Additionally, all aspects of the project were fully developed and coordinated using BIM and Revit in partnership with other contractors.
