Our customer Cytiva, formerly PALL Medistad, in Medemblik, believes that standing still means going backwards. To respond to the fast changing and evolving processes in biotechnology and advanced therapeutics, the company was happy to invest in a cleanroom with ISO 5 classification offering maximum flexibility. Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs took care of the design and construction of this cleanroom.
Meeting Cytiva’s needs
Our strong people successfully created a cleanroom that fulfilled all Cytiva’s wishes. This cleanroom not only meets the standards for ISO 5 classification, but also shines when it comes to flexibility. In other words, our client benefits from a place where they can respond quickly to every change in biotechnology and therapeutics.
Innovative features
A few examples of our activities? Our metal cassette ceiling with airtight passages ensures that Cytiva can effortlessly reconfigure machines and appliances. We also installed a decentralised HVAC system enabling the customer to substantially cut energy costs (our installation is four times (!) more energy efficient) and easily carry out the necessary air exchanges via filter fan units.
