UZ Brussel - Radiopharmacy
On behalf of UZ Brussel,we successfully completed the construction and commissioning of a state-of-the-art radiopharmacy facility, fully compliant with EU GMP standards and cleanroom classification ISO 14644. Jansen Cleanrooms & Labs handled the engineering, construction, and commissioning of the entire facility.
A high-tech facility for radiopharmaceutical production
The technical area was built on the roof with a steel structure and clad with high-performance sandwich panels. The cleanroom was specifically designed for the production and handling of radiopharmaceuticals—radioactive compounds used in medical imaging, diagnostics, and targeted cancer treatments.
This highly controlled environment ensures the safe and precise manufacturing of these critical substances, supporting advanced healthcare applications.
